1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or purchasing from us — whether via the website, phone, email, or WhatsApp — you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are acting on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organisation.

2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the binding price.
• Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual packaging may vary slightly.
• We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any product from sale at any time.
• Compatible cartridges are not manufactured by the original printer brand but are tested to the same quality standards.

3. Placing an Order

Orders can be placed via our website, WhatsApp (+254740592556), phone, or email. An order is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from Acotoner. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of stock unavailability or pricing errors.

• You are responsible for ensuring all order details (product, quantity, delivery address) are correct.
• Bulk orders (10+ units) may require a proforma invoice and advance payment.
• We do not accept verbal-only orders for institutional or corporate purchases.

4. Payment

• Accepted payment methods: M-Pesa, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (Nairobi only, subject to approval).
• Payment is due before dispatch unless credit terms have been formally agreed in writing.
• For corporate accounts, net-30 credit terms may be available upon application.
• In case of payment disputes, goods remain the property of Acotoner until full payment is received.
• Receipts and ETR receipts are issued for all transactions.

5. Delivery

• Same-day delivery is available within Nairobi for orders confirmed and paid before 12:00 PM (noon) on business days.
• Deliveries outside Nairobi are made via courier. Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days.
• Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.
• Acotoner is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or events outside our control.
• Customers must inspect goods upon delivery and report any damage or shortage within 24 hours.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied. If there is an issue with your order:

• Defective or incorrect products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full replacement or refund.
• Products must be in their original, unopened packaging for non-defective returns.
• We do not accept returns on products that have been opened and installed, unless they are defective.
• To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order reference and photos of the issue.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

7. Warranty

• All Acotoner products come with a 30-day quality guarantee from the date of delivery.
• The warranty covers manufacturing defects including print quality issues, leaking, and premature depletion.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, incompatible printers, or physical mishandling.
• Genuine (OEM) cartridges carry the original manufacturer's warranty in addition to our 30-day guarantee.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Acotoner or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law:

• Acotoner's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the goods in question.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including lost profits or business interruption.
• We are not liable for damage to printers caused by the use of our products when the printer is outside its specified compatibility range.
• Our website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya. We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any disputes amicably before pursuing legal action.
